Where is error at the MATLAB codes of the function's graph

Firstly, this is not an assignment. This correct code is needed to write an article at applied mathematics..
I wrote Matlab codes of the function which is defined at file "Draft7 Eq 1.18-theta 0.25,correct" at "Draft7_Eq_1_18_OMEGAm" and "OMEGAm.m" file. But when i cahnge a and μ , the graph must be change like oscillation, convergeny or divergency but my graph gives always oscillation. Please hep me to find my error.
