Whatsapp database restore

I looking for someone that can help me with fixing my WhatsApp database. WhatsApp can't restore my old chats. When I place the folder with database and backup in de Whatsapp folder after installation it still can't restore the messages with the wizard. But when I skip this everything is there. Only problem is that WhatsApp crashes after 1 hour and wants to restore messages. And this does not work. It freezes.
