Whatsapp + AI chatbot for real estate

I am looking for a freelance developer to create a Whatsapp chatbot integrated with AI capabilities for a real estate project. The chatbot should have the following features:

- Property search: Users should be able to search for properties based on specific criteria.
- Mortgage calculator: The chatbot should be able to calculate mortgage payments for users.


The user, at the beginning should be asked the type of property (land, house, apartment), then the price range and it will check on our database the results and retreive them in a PDF format with the results.

I am looking for a developer who can create an advanced AI chatbot with self-learning capabilities and the ability to handle complex interactions. The chatbot should be able to analyze data and provide personalized responses to users.

In addition to Whatsapp, the chatbot should also be integrated with a website and in Telegram
