Whatsapp and Google Sheet Automation

I run a packers and movers business which is a service industry. we store of user data in google Sheet. so each customer avail specific date for the movement i want a automation which send a feedback wa msg just one day after the service availed. like if a customer is availing the service on 23 May he should get the feedback msg on 24 May.
