Whatsapp Chatbot API

I am looking for someone to develop a WhatsApp chatbot API for customer support in my property management business (Rbnb). This chatbot will engage customers on their arrival date and answer simple tasks. WhatsApp must be integrated with my PMS hotel cloud program so it can extract data from there. Also I would like a quick guide on how to add simple things for future use if possible.
