Whatsapp Bot -- 2

Looking for a developer with experience in Whatsapp API and bots. There will be a single whatsapp number e.g. +123456789 and when someone sends a message to this number they will be asked to enter a unique number for their selected company. Once a user then enters that number they will be presented with a menu of options specific to that specific company e.g. 1. View details, 2. View Contact Details 3. View Program (this will then send a PDF specific to that company via whatsapp. The admin of the selected company should also be able to send broadcast messages via whatsapp to those who have requested.
