Whatsapp API - Return PDF file

I have a medical clinic system that was developed in Laravel and it works as follows.
The user registers the patient, and creates a type of "Appointment" where some clinical exams are added, such as: Blood count, Urine, Glucose, etc...
After that, the exams are analyzed and the user inserts the results of each exam, and the patient can see the exam result on the website, with username and password. However, I want an application on Whatsapp, where the patient can just enter the Appointment ID and then the (Whatsapp Bot) returns him with the PDF file containing all the clinical exams and the results.
