- Product Catalog: Display available eSIM products
- Order Tracking: Update customers on their order status
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and provide assistance
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with WhatsApp API

We are an eSIM provider with fully functional APIs for eSIM provisioning. We’re looking for a skilled Freelancer to help us build a fully automated WhatsApp chatbot that lets users purchase and receive an eSIM directly via WhatsApp.
This tool is for travelers and digital nomads who want to get mobile data quickly and easily. The chatbot will handle plan selection, payments, and delivery of the eSIM QR code, with human support only if needed.

What You Will Build:
WhatsApp chatbot (via Twilio, WATI, 360dialog, or WhatsApp Cloud API)
Automated conversation flow:
Greeting
Destination + data plan selection
Payment integration
API call to generate and send eSIM QR code
Ability to send interactive menus and media (QR code image)
Option to escalate to human support when needed
Error handling and session management
Ideal Skills:
Experience with WhatsApp Business API and chatbots
Experience with Twilio, WATI, 360dialog, or WhatsApp Cloud API
Strong API integration skills (RESTful APIs)
Understanding of payment integrations (Stripe/PayPal/etc.)
Ability to build clean, reliable, and user-friendly chatbot flows
Bonus: Experience with travelers or eSIM services
Deliverables:
