WhatsApp Web API - my own chat system

I am in need of a WhatsApp Web API chat system for my customer support team. I require the following:
Simillar platform how it works is: https://www.callbell.eu/en/
We scanning QR code in our WhatsApp app and can chat via own system.

Primary Purpose:
- Chat system
- Able to use multiple accounts in one chat
- Able to import historical chats from whatsapp

Preferred Platform:
- Web Application

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with WhatsApp Web API
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, Laravel
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as React
- Experience in creating chat systems with multilingual support
