WhatsApp Support Module for Perfex CRM and RISE CRM
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to create a module for WhatsApp support within Perfex CRM and RISE CRM.
The module will need to use the Bailey API as a base, as I don't want to use the official META API.
I already have a module that has this functionality, but part of the code is obfuscated, and I can't customize improvements to it.

I can send you this module as a basis for what I need.
Basically, the module needs to have chat, where we will have in the module settings who will be the MASTER user (this user will be responsible for directing the service to the appropriate sector). If we can add a self-service bot for this initial phase where, for example, the bot can offer the available departments, that would be perfect.
The MASTER user will be able to transfer or attend to the lead/customer and if they transfer the service, the user selected to attend will have the conversation already started with the other attendant in their chat. This way, the MASTER user will always see the complete conversation.
It will also be necessary to create a Campaign tab to send messages to our clients, leads or team, following the functions that exist in this module https://codecanyon.net/item/mailflow-customers-leads-newsletter-for-perfex-crm/46864766.
