WhatsApp Lead Generation Chatbot with OpenAI

I'm seeking a developer to create a WhatsApp API chatbot with a focus on lead generation. The chatbot should be trained with my business data and connected with OpenAI for optimal performance. The key responsibilities of the chatbot will be:
- Lead Generation: The primary task of the chatbot is to generate leads from incoming WhatsApp messages. This will involve collecting specific data: name, email address, and phone number, from the leads.
- FAQ & Information: The chatbot should be able to provide accurate information and answers to frequently asked questions. It should be capable of handling basic customer queries effectively.
- Human Agent Handover: If the chatbot is unable to resolve a query, it should be able to smoothly transition the conversation to a human agent for further assistance.
- Order Creation: The chatbot should be able to create orders on my system, which is built on Laravel. This is a critical feature that will enhance the chatbot's functionality and make it a key asset in our lead generation and customer service processes.
