WhatsApp Integration Using Facebook API

I need an expert to help me integrate WhatsApp with our customer communication system using the Facebook API. The main purpose of this integration is to send messages to our new clients. These messages will include:
- Messages with short names with link clickables
- Recognition of the company name without the need to be added as a contact
