Create Web UI for WhatsApp Business API

Description:
I’m using the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API and need a simple but functional web-based dashboard to send and receive messages, manage conversations, and trigger templates.

Features I Need:
Show list of contacts from message history (messages.json)

Display full chat threads with timestamp and delivery status (sent/delivered/read)

Send replies via a simple form (text, image, video)

Send pre-approved template messages with variable support (e.g., confirm_order3)

Show media previews (image, video, audio)

Search/filter contacts

Webhook already logs incoming messages and media metadata

Media files are downloaded and stored on server (/media/image, /media/video, etc.)

Tech Stack Preferred:
PHP + JSON file for data (no full DB needed yet)

Bootstrap or clean custom CSS

Optional login screen to protect access

Must work on both desktop and mobile

Budget:
₹1,000 – ₹3,000 INR

Optional: Bonus if you’ve worked with WooCommerce or Razorpay — might expand the project later.
