We have orders in a database
We need a WhatsApp Business API system that can send to customers automatic messages in 4 steps:
- Order Confirmation
- Order delivery date estimate
- Order ready for pickup
- Reminder to pickup order (to be set x days after order ready for pickup)
The information about the orders is in the database (oracle), we have a table for the orders with this status change:
- Order confirmed
- Order in progress (with a delivery due date)
- Order received in store, ready for pickup
- Order delivered
Messages will be sent using the store phone number.
When the customer replies, this will no be handled by the API.
The API role is only to read the data from the orders list DB and send the automatic WhatsApp messages.
