WhatsApp Business API Platform & Google Sheets Integration

I'm looking for a Google Apps Script expert with experience in integrating the WhatsApp Business API with Google Sheets. The task involves configuring my WhatsApp Business API, which is a CodeCanyon script built on Laravel, to interface with Google Sheets in a specific way.
Key Requirements:
- Incoming WhatsApp messages should be logged in Google Sheets, specifically text messages only, with a new sheet automatically created for each day.
- The integration should be set up so that changes in Google Sheets automatically trigger predefined messages to be sent to specific numbers.
Please be aware that I have a fixed budget up to ₹1500 for this task. Bids exceeding this amount will not be considered.
