WhatsApp Business API and Chat Bot Integration

We have a website where WhatsApp business has been integrated. However, we would like to automate the response process through Bot in our business WhatsApp account wherein some usual questions will get answered via bot instantly. Plus, there would be an option to contact our CS (Customer Service) support for any other questions.
