WhatsApp API - Web App for Internal Comms

I need an application based on the Whats App API that works with personal numbers. Essentially, I need the user to be able to enable the device via QR code. Afterward, I would like a view with active conversations, a chronological list of messages sent and received with individual users, and a form to send a message (incl. attachments).
The entire system should use HTML, JavaScript (no jQuery), pure PHP, and PHP-cURL - mysql to store api keys. Contact me in chat
