WhatsApp API In-Person Training

I'm seeking an expert in WhatsApp API for comprehensive in-person training. The primary focus should be on API integration and usage of the API. The trainer must be versed in the following areas:
1. Sending messages via WhatsApp API.
2. Receiving messages via WhatsApp API.
3. Automating responses with WhatsApp API.
An ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with API-related functions and prior experience in professional training. A robust understanding of API troubleshooting will be a bonus. This training is aimed at enhancing my technical abilities with the WhatsApp API, hence a proven track record in similar tasks will be beneficial.
My purpose for wanting to learn the API is to automatically communicate with small chat groups that are not related to each other in any way. This is not a standard business scenario. I am not trying to sell products or keep in touch with customers.
