The objective of this web app is to organise and clarify a succession to be split between different successors.
• The app shall gather in the same place various documents related to this legacy: emails, PDF, XLS, WORD, FMP, etc.
• These documents come from multiple sources: external drives, local drives, emails and from different persons.
• Users shall connect to the app with their credentials to view, navigate, search, export and print out.
• This app is for internal use only.
Deliverables:
- User Panel: consists off 8 menus (list + detail page):
- Admin Panel: consists off 8 menus. Ability to enter, edit and delete data and to create user
- User credentials: no need to sign up. Users are created only by the admin
- Design: there's a global overview but not a detailed design for every page. I am opened to use a ready-to-go template.
