Weight scale scanner integration to web application

I have a POS web application built with PHP, Java , MySql. This app is for a retail store, here I need to weight vegetables and post it to the app. I bought Zebra MP7011 scanner scale.

I want, when I select a veg item it should call for the weight from the scale which will be connected via usb. I need a solution for my pos to call for weight and as well scan the bar code of the products.
Also I need to make some simple modifications to the POS.
