Website with api integration and video downloader nextjs laravel

Need help build website with api integration with homepage i attached (check screenshot homepage).
On first page can people search for username twitch streamer and results they got is profile picture, profile description and video from the streamer. They can click on the video and check the video, under the video you create download button with original link to the to twitch video so they can download the video.
After built the website, you set up my adsense and setup the website on my server.
Need this with next.js and laravel.
