Website with Database which includes Purchase, sales & Inventory management

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a website with a database for inventory management. The website will be used to track Purchase sales and manage our inventory of our 3 companies.
Database Management System: We do not have a preference for the type of database management system to be used.
User Expectations: We expect to have 1-10 users on the website.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server
- Experience in developing websites with inventory management capabilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce and sales tracking
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for easy inventory management
