Website require: 1. theme update 2. Setting the default language to Arabic from setting and fixing the pages

1. We already have a website where we want to set the default to Arabic. Pages are already ready with Arabic content
2. Theme require update, if the license is expired we will purchase the license
3. Posts needs to be in Arabic with right to left > which should be fixed when changing the default language to Arabic
