Website reminicent of www.commonsensemedia.org

Like the title suggests, I need a website that has the same functions www.commonsensemedia.org does. Namely:
- User search function of a database I am (relatively) easily able to update myself, that opens up a new page with details.
- Membership option (monthly/yearly)
- Allow a limited number of free searches of database (commonsensemedia allows three) before website forces you to upgrade to membership.
- Allow donations.
