Website not loading correctly

Hey there, my website casinocobra.com is not loading in the way i like it to. Since it has been loading like this I get a lot fewer visitors and the conversion rate has dropped. Can someone help me out with this problem so the website loads all at once and fast. Check the video I attached to see how it loads now. And the screenshot is how i want it to load instantly.
