I am looking for a website monitor and analysis tool to help me keep track of property and auction sites. The tool should have the ability to monitor new and changed listings, as well as provide comparisons and performance data. I am looking for a monthly monitoring and analysis frequency. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in web development and data analysis. The following skills are required:
- Experience using Rocket U2 multi-value database (compulsary)
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel or PowerBI
- Knowledge of web scraping and data extraction techniques
- Familiarity with property and auction websites and their data structures
