Website modification and creation of IOS & Android app

*I need the website to display information pulled from another website and feed it into my site.
*There is already a site with an administrative panel that is dynamic and shows the client in real time screens or fabrics with different content previously created.
* I need the site to be intelligent and that when the user clicks on certain areas I can send information through the app to modify them and send them to a server using credentials through curl or another scrapping and data posting tool, it is necessary that it detect the geolocation of the user and use a proxy and a user agent similar to that of the user since for geolocation security, only then can the data be extracted.
* The site must be able to display forms and modify them on the fly when you want to post to the site where the credentials are used to authenticate the movement and send it to the origin server.
* The site must be 100% dynamic and flexible and must extract the information as the source site and display it on the website as shown, with all its input data fields and ask for everything the same as the source site but display on the created site.
* The created site must modify the existing panel and must allow preloading previously entered data.
* The user will enter information in certain transactions and will see what they entered, but the information that will be sent will be the one that we previously uploaded in a data list.
* The website must be identical to the source site, and in case of an update, change it without having to reprogram the entire landing index and dashboard landing.
* The developed application must be connected to the administrative site and must report in real time when a user is entering and show me the information previously requested in the administrative panel of the created website, the application must give the option to preload information necessary to carry out movements in transactions and notify me when a transaction is being carried out and to notify the app of information that I require and prior to that verify the current amount and indicate the amount in percentage to send.
* It is necessary that the connection to the original site remains active and allows transactions to be made from ours.
