Website and mobile app for a cloud kitchen for online ordering

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a website and mobile app for my cloud kitchen. The ideal platform for this project would be WordPress or shopify. Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I am open to suggestions. However, one specific feature that I would like to include is online payments. The website and app should also have the functionality for order tracking and user account and profile creation.
