Website migration and/or redesign

We have a site in Weebly and were happy with it. Migrated to a VPS and lost the contact form function. Weebly won't allow import of old site. Need to either migrate or redesign. Same content - 14 pages. Open to ideas but I stress NOTHING complicated, simple interface. I only need to add pages, and text.

Wordpress/Elementor tried - TOO many complex functions - so something simpler.

Site currently in Sparkle - looks awful - needs update/fix.
