Website maintenance on a monthly basis -- 2

I’m looking for one talented professional who can handle both sides of my online presence: setting up a polished WordPress site and creating the graphic assets that will define its look and feel.

The web portion involves installing WordPress on my server, recommending or custom-tweaking a theme so the layout is clean, responsive, and easy for me to update later. I want pages that load quickly and follow basic SEO best practices without any bloated plugins.

On the visual side, I’ll need a cohesive set of graphics—logo, site banners, and any supporting illustrations—that match the overall style we establish together. Final artwork should be delivered in layered, editable formats (PSD/AI/SVG) along with optimised web-ready files.

Deliverables
• Live WordPress site with theme configured and sample content in place
• Custom graphics exported for web and supplied as source files
• Basic documentation showing me how to update text and images
