Website for view and order the colours samples

I'm looking for a web developer who can develop a website for purpose: give visitors the opportunity to view, simulate, compare and order (without payment) color samples on the website. The visitors must create an account to identify people and allow them to add a color to their wish list and/or order samples.
The website has a front office and two back offices (administrator and visitor).

VISITOR CAN :
- View colors and collections
- Compare 3 colors
- Create a list of favorite colors from the charts
- Make a simulation: see how the chosen color looks on an image (three images in total)
- Send an order for colors selected from this list
- Register on the site to order color samples and view his order history


Administrators can:
1) Add/delete/edit color collections, add colors, and enter color-related information (color codes, color names, color weights, color mapping, and notes).
2) Add and delete images for simulations
3) View the visitor list


Key Features:
- Basic username/password authentication for users
- An email confirmation system for users to send their orders

The site will be hosted on a LAMP web server (Debian or Ubuntu). The users of this site should be able to:
- View colors
- Create a list of favorite colors from the charts
- Send an order for colors selected from this list
