Website for psychiatry practice

Hello! I am looking for somebody to create a website for my psychiatry practice. The primary goal of the website is to attract new patients. Although I do have some ideas in mind for the design and layout, I am open to any suggestions that will create the best website possible. In terms of features/functionality, I want the website to include a patient portal so that patients can access their care and documents easily.
