Website for an online estate agency
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I am looking for a skilled website developer to create a website for my online estate agency. The website should have the following features:
- Online booking system for property viewings
- Property search functionality
- customers have a secure account where they can manage thier property listings, viewings etc.
- mobile friendly website
- secure to allow online payments when cus
I don't have a preferred platform for the website, so I am open to suggestions.
This is for a new business start up, at this time we do not have any investors, there is a strong possibility that if a good website is developed that i provide either a business share and/or ongoing website management contract.
As with most modern web projects i want to work using a structured agile methodology, simple kanban will do.
The MVP is what we are developing here, we will have mjltiple further drops, feature releases etc.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in website development using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or custom-built solutions
- Experience in creating online booking systems and property search functionality
