Website for Wedding Officiant (in 3 languages) -- 2

We are seeking a talented and experienced partner to design a website for our company. The website must be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and responsive to different devices and screen sizes. We are looking for someone who can provide both technical and creative expertise to create a website that meets our needs and exceeds our expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Present ideas for website designs and functionalities before getting started
Design a visually appealing and user-friendly website that meets our requirements and reflects our brand identity
- Provide guidance as to which website platform and host to use (pros, cons etc.)
- Develop the website using a platform and CMS that is easy to manage and update, such as Wordpress
- Develop website in 3 different languages: English, Spanish and German (main language). Functionalities (among others) include detailed contact form, Hyperlinks to other paragraphs of the website, icons for Instagram, WhatsApp and Email etc. No e-commerce or similar functionality require
- Ensure that the website is responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes (phone, web etc)
- Collaborate with us to create engaging and informative content for the website, including text, images, and videos (most of which will be provided, but feedback is welcomed)
- Provide guidance and support on best practices for website design, SEO, and digital marketing
Deliverables:
- A fully functional and responsive website that meets our requirements and reflects our brand identity
- detailed handover to help us manage and update the website independently longterm (if you happen to have a user guide or training materials, that’d be a plus)
- Ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and bug fixes for a few weeks after delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio of past projects
- Expertise in using website development platforms such as Wordpress or Wix
- Knowledge of best practices for SEO, digital marketing, and website analytics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with our team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and timelines
