I am a real estate investor, I'm looking to expand my portfolio of rental properties and would like a good project management platform to organize and display our leads. I would like a website built that can do this for me and with the ability to offer this service as a subscription to other investors.
I'd like for the site to be able to have API integrations for calculators (to assess the prospected revenue) and web scrapers to pull data of homes from real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, etc. Must also have the ability to then filter the ones I want and track them via a Kanban project management platform.
