Website for Freightboard

I need a new website for Freightboard.

The project is a custom platform built on a platform to be discussed later.

I also need the graphic design.

It should have the following feature(s):
- Customization & plugins
- Backup, cloning and migration
- Installation & theme setup
- Calendar integration
- Email marketing
- Bug fixes
- Social media integration
- Tracking & reporting
- Other / Don’t Know

A simple, straightforward, functional layout. Ability for visitors to post on a notice board, and have subscribers access details of those posts to connect with visitors. Something similar to the following:
