Website feature update & maintenance (PHP)

I am looking for an experienced web developer to help maintain and update some existing features on an existing website. The scope of the job includes updating backend code and also making sure the code complies with a certain set of specifications as required. I have a hosting provider in place, and am expecting the developer to be familiar with the necessary tools and configurations to make the necessary updates accordingly. All security updates and changes need to be applied as needed in order to keep the website secure and functioning in optimal condition. LINODE, PHP LARAVEL, FIREBASE DB
