Website development with wordpress plugin

We are a not for profit organisation. We are based in South India - Coimbatore. We are a membership organisation. Currently we have custom code written with custom tables to maintain membership data. We want to move to membership based plugins or CRM based implementation. We want to automate membership joining, renewal, mass communication, reminder emails etc. Reports for admin to know the status of membership etc.
