Website development/maintenance for an immigration consultancy

I use a CRM called Bitrix24 which has a feature to create websites. I created a website from there, however it sometimes goes down and I cannot figure why. I cannot afford to have my website down as that affects my business adversely. I would also like to add keywords for SEO optimization.

I would like to add new news articles or pages time to time and out new images, so this will be an ongoing project.
