Website developer needed for a cleaning service company

Hi,
I need to develop a website for a cleaning company with online booking option.
I have the full design of all key pages + blog template.
I need the website to be fully responsive, mobile first, optimized for quick charging and an interactive booking system (homepage booking form has a logic of prices depending on number of apartments/bathrooms), booking page has a logic depending on one time booking or weekly booking.
The website has 7 main pages:
- Homepage - Booking page (for residential and for commercial) - Residential services - Office services - Blog - FAQ - Contact
The design can be shared at later stage.
I have a hosting under GoDaddy and happy to change it in case you recommend to do so. I need the website to be easy to edit or to add more pages (especially blogs or SEO related pages).
Be it through Wordpress or PHP Laravel, I need the website to be very optimized.
the website will be in English and later translated to Arabic.
