Website design and build on existing Wix based website with email advertising (mail merge)

I have a website and would like to host a project inside the website (It would be a tab/button on the website, but perhaps directly accessible from its own address under the website). I am running a programme that would have daily postings of certain material, and there are four weekly video calls related to the programme.
I would like an email mail out done (emails to be provided) advertising the new website/blog link and the programme hosted on the new website.
All the relevant text will be provided. There is a tight timeline for something basic in the next few days and for the email to be sent out.
