Website, database, and web scraper for a price comparison website.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The main purpose of my price comparison website is to find the best deals for products (pharmacies).
Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Development skills to create a webpage
- Experience in creating database-driven websites
- Knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools
- Ability to automate the update of the database with new information
The ideal candidate should be able to develop a website that allows users to compare prices, find the best deals. The website should have a user-friendly interface (The design has been attached below) and be able to handle a large amount of data. Additionally, the web scraper should be able to automatically update the database with new information.
