Website consultancy / development

I have just joined Securys. The website is on Hubspot. They have had a developer work with them but we want to assess where we are with the current website (in terms of has it been developed appropriately/ are pages set up in optimised way) and is the website structure appropriately for the future development of the company. There are three 'new developments' that need to be checked and implemented and training is needed on the platform, adding content and reporting. See attached brief for full details. We are looking for someone who is responsive and available who can act as a reliable resource at an affordable cost.
