Website cms player drm support with admin and reseller

I'm interested in making a live stream website with support for players like shakaplyer or html5 with the possibility of adding drm channels, with an admin section where I can edit and create users and resellers and subresellers who in turn can create users, simple without anything heavy I have well already some example photos site made by others
