The project: Dolphin Transport Limited is a company that provides loans to drivers in Nigeria on the Uber and Bolt platforms to help them drive their own cars, earn a living, and contribute actively to the community via a lease-to-own (hire purchase) model.
Our goal: We want to create a website for future potential customers to know more about our company and services, to manage our existing drivers, and collaborate with our partners. Our goals for the website include:
1. Attract new quality drivers.
2. Easy manageable system for drivers to manage their portals, accounts, payments, report maintenance, and driver specific login page
3. Efficient and convenient problem-solving customer service chat bot
4. Plugin with Google sheets to automate individual driver invoices and provide back-end analytics
5. Promote our company and services to partners, drivers, investors and general community
