I need to configure this list to start:

In a second phase, we will be enabled all the payments and related paid services
Plus you need to know how to use AWeber and set the automatic responder. (not requested now)
If you know also about facebook campaigns is a plus (not requested now)
I am looking for long-term collaboration. Sometimes it will be slow, sometimes it will intense.
Please, specify also your hourly rate for the next parts of the project
