I'm looking for a skilled developer to build a responsive website with an interactive map that allows users to view and submit location-based points (markers) with details.

The website should be clean, user-friendly, and support filtering markers by category, language, or region.

Core Features:
Interactive map (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap)

Add/edit markers through a form

Search and filter markers by location/type/tag

Marker clustering when zoomed out

Multilingual support (UA/RUS/PL/EN)

Backend integration (Firebase, MongoDB, or similar)

Fully responsive design for mobile

(Optional) Moderator/admin panel
