Website and app development

My startup is looking to have a website built. It will need a user friendly LMS with interactive quizzes for online educational courses, membership registration, public content area, members only networking area where members can choose to list themselves in a directory divided by country state/province and listed city by city alphabetically thats public to other members but not unregistered public and must include a personal profile they can semi customize with photo and text, a forum possibly phpbb style, an online store and an integrated app.
