Website Text Disappearing Post-Edit Issue

I'm experiencing an odd problem on my website hosted on Hostinger. Every time I edit the website text, the changes only appear for a very brief moment before reverting back to the original text. Strangely enough, this seems to be an isolated issue as I have ruled out caching problems by testing the site with some friends.

Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure if any recent updates or adjustments to the website's code or configuration could be the cause of this text issue. I am the sole individual with access to the website's files and databases.
