Website SQL Database Expert Needed

My Siteground db has gone over the size limit and needs investigating as it's causing all kinds of issues with my sites. I need someone to go through it and see where the size can be reduced as cleary something is amiss. SG have said that there is one table that's taking up almost all of the space. Please help!!
